Quick response and quality results. In the spring of 2010, Gateway Construction proudly introduced the newest branch of our company, Gateway Service Division. What started as a response to our existing clients' needs has evolved into a valuable service utilized by a host of corporations, property managers, tenant’s, engineers, small business owners, and construction managers. Our Service Division is a highly trained, full service Building Maintenance Team that offers our clients a wide range of services designed to specifically suit their property maintenance needs. Gateway’s Service Division strives to meet the needs of a dynamic marketplace and operate as an agile resource for property managers, tenants, building owners, and building engineers alike.

There are no limits to the services Gateway’s Service Division can provide to our clients. We offer full flexibility in structuring our maintenance contracts and center the process on the specific property goals of our customers.
