Cris as CSO of Gateway Construction Services provides and implements common practices and operational procedures though out the company. With a strong belief in customer service Cris has contributed to the growth of our corporate clients through the development of construction services for specific markets and clients. With 25 years of accounting experience, 18 years in the construction industry, Chuck has worked locally with Bayley Construction, a general contractor, Mckinstry, a mechanical contractor and Colas, a road builder in Alaska. After earning his bachelor’s degree in accounting Chuck worked for a fortune 100 company as an auditor, senior financial analyst and manger of capital. Served as board member for of the Puget Sound Construction Financial Management Association in Seattle, WA. Jeff Underwood, General Superintendent
Jeff has over 25 year’s trade experience with over 20 years of supervisory experience. Experience includes knowledge in industrial, medical and office tenant improvements as well as ground-up buildings. He joined Gateway in 2001 and has completed over 165 Tenant Improvement projects to date. In addition to his responsibilities as one of our top Superintendents, Jeff has shown excellent leadership in running our field operations. From the first day that Jeff took over the operations we have seen continued improvement in efficiency, employee retainage, safety and overall quality of projects. |
